Waterfalls: Yosemite is famous for its many spectacular waterfalls. The Yosemite Fund has sponsored numerous projects designed to benefit waterfall areas and improve the visitor experience when seeing them. These waterfalls-related projects include: Bridalveil Fall area oak restoration, Yosemite Falls overlook trail, Vernal Fall barrier, Mist Trail repair, a $13.5 million restoration of the Yosemite Falls area.

Yosemite Valley in Winter: Yosemite Valley is Yosemite most popular destination, with long meadows stretched out under sheer granite cliffs and waterfalls. The Yosemite Fund has supported numerous restoration and education projects in Yosemite Valley: educational exhibits on the area’s history, flora and fauna; meadow restoration and creation of raised boardwalks in several meadows; exhibits at the Happy Isles Nature Center, Visitor Center, Indian Village and Yosemite Museum.
